This is quite a lovely hotel, with an amazing view of a lagoon and the airport if you’re on the top floors or at the 10th floor restaurant and bar. A must visit bar with a very enthusiastic bartender called Manuel who is very friendly with people. The breakfast menu is great with a variety of choices. The rooms though are dated and some electric outlets don’t work. There is a fridge with a coffee machine but no microwave which is not cool at all. The hotel is kept though and there is paid parking available.

Anthony's attention to detail and hospitality experience brought an excellent experience. Even under pressure his ability to keep it together was impressive. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay at Home2. I was here for a week and having access to a fridge and stove totally saved my trip. I wish the gym had longer hours though as one can't get enough exercise in. The bar on the 10th floor is really nice too and has a pool table.

Highly recommend! We flew into Miami for a cruise. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great. Short distance from both the airport and the cruise port. Will definitely stay again.

I had an incredible experience thanks to two outstanding team members! Paz, the bartender, was phenomenal — attentive, personable, and had an amazing knack for crafting the perfect drinks. Every interaction was a joy, and it truly elevated my visit. Debbie at the front desk was equally exceptional. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her positive energy and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Both Paz and Debbie exemplify top-tier hospitality. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be returning because of their outstanding service!

The only reason I gave a 4 for rooms was because they didn't clean or even look in the microwave. There was a old plate of food in it. Also the pillows are extra extra soft. Not my preference. I would get firmer ones. Bed was very comfortable and the front desk workers were very helpful and accommodating.

I absolutely loved my stay.it was truly worth every penny. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location close to the airport and cruise port. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

So on a recent trip I also flew down my friend to join me and booked her a room here. The kitchenette was such a cute added feature though I was a bit disappointed to find that it was not cleaned to my standard. The microwave kinda had a film on it and some other parts of the room weren’t entirely clean either. The location is good as well being in the middle as well as being right by the highway to go to and from quickly. The service was tremendous though. We had this one receptionist named Angel who was such a sweetheart and very informative. There was some issues with the tv that we brought up to him and he was very quick to assure that he had done all he could and it was just a Hilton issue as a whole. His attitude and tone was very professional and apologetic which made the stay nice. Though the hotel managed to be a bit mediocre, their service from Angel made it all enjoyable and let us feel valued as a customer.

Hotel nicely located. Room was clean, nicely furnished, everything worked, I went through with sanitising wipes on the remote, the light switches, handles, etc and nothing - no dirt. No bad smell either when we entered. Cosy with a small kitchenette. Toiletries in the bathroom, including makeup remover wipes. There's just one thing - front desk. The man who was on didn't want to be there and made it plain. Handed us the keys, took payment and not much more. Not even said the floor we'd be on, where the elevator was, WiFi - NOTHING. Sad. Everything else was good! Shuttle was great! Great driver. And very pleasant. No issue at all!
